A charming, peaceful and very spacious 1300 sq ft private waterfront vacation home. Enjoy the expansive lawn and gardens on an extremely sunny 1/2 acre lot, lounging on sun chairs while watching the cruise ships sail by.
An excellent space for children to play on the tree swings or swim at the beach. Your own private walkway to the beach, you can go for long leisurely walks, enjoy swimming, kayaking or fishing. Children will especially love to explore the coastal sea life! You are walking distance, along the picturesque esplanade trail, to Bonniebrook Beach. Only a short drive will take you to the popular Roberts Creek and Davis Bay Beaches, seawalk and tourist areas.
This delightful cottage is very open and cozy, ideal for a couple on a romantic getaway or for a family of any size. It houses 2 large bedrooms; one with a queen bed, and ensuite; the other with two double beds. The extra large L-shaped couch and love chairs are perfect for the entire family to snuggle up by the fire to watch satellite TV or just enjoy the incredible view of the ocean, resident eagles and deer that often parade across the front lawn.
The newly updated kitchen is fully equipped. There is a full size washer and dryer. Sit on the covered deck and barbeque your favourite meal and simply enjoy the serenity of the coast.
