Tuwanek Place Cottage is nestled among trees and perched above rocky outcrops overlooking beautiful Sechelt Inlet. It's 1.5 hours from Vancouver-BC, 38 km from the ferry and 11 km from downtown Sechelt, BC. The cottage is near the end of the road on the east side of the inlet and is located on Lamb's Bay.

The cottage is a modern 2-storey 2-bedroom home with a level entry, vaulted ceilings and water-view sundecks on 2 floors. It has all of the modern amenities including stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer. The large kitchen is fully equipped with cutlery, dishes and pots as well as several small appliances including a blender, coffee maker, juicer, kettle, and steamer. Additional amenities include cable TV (both floors), stereo ,TV (2 floors), VCR, wireleless internet, movies and local phone (long distance: calling cards / 1-800).

Two bedrooms come with queen-size beds. The master bedroom includes a 4-piece ensuite bathroom (jetted tub), a walk-in closet, sliding door access to the top-floor sundeck, and a superb view. The second bedroom is adjacent to the bathroom and includes a shower / tub. Two double futon provide for additional sleeping arrangements in the downstairs den. Bedding and towels are provided for 6 guests.

Tuwanek Place Cottage also has a convenient private deep-water dock to enhance your experience.  There is moorage at the dock and boat launching can be found in Lamb's Bay or at nearby Naylor Rd. Guests travelling by float plane can arrive at the cottage dock.

There are many activities and attractions in the surrounding area includes canoeing and sea kayaking, fishing (crab, ling cod, octopus, prawns, rock fish, salmon, sea-run trout, shellfish &  sole), freshwater fisihing, golfing, hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking and scuba diving. Several provincial parks offering varying activities are close by. Other activities indlude arts and music venues. Or you can stay at on home and watch wildlife and birds or the quiet  night sky from the decks, or watch the nightime luminescent activity down at the dock.
