Settle into your home base surrounded by forest on the edge of a private ravine - a ten minute drive from your arrival off the ferry.  A spacious 3 bedroom chalet style home, with a huge deck, sleeping up to 6 guests, fully stocked.  Cozy by the fire or explore the beautiful sunshine coast.  Only a few minutes drive away from all amenities:

• scenic beaches
• seaside villiage of Gibsons with cafes and restuarants
• local artisans shops
• groceries and supplies

This is a beautiful home for a family vacation or a group of friends.  The kitchen is fully stocked to make you feel at home.  Eat in for breakfast, pack a picnic lunch for the day's adventures and then cook a gourmet dinner at home or head out for a fabulous dinner out.

Cozy up by the fire in the evening and play a board game with the family, or relax and watch a movie together on the big screen TV.

This is truly a place to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday live, relax and enjoy time together with friends and/or family.

Rates:

High season rates: 

June 26 - Sep 11

• $1650 Weekly rate (4pm check in, 11am departure) (usually Saturday arrivals)
• $275 Nightly rate - 4 night minimum stay
• Arrival dates and minimum lenths of stay are negotiable, please ask.
• $200/week rate reduction for booking a second consecutive week

Dec 18 - Jan 8         &        April 16-30

• $1400 Weekly rate
• $225/night with a 5 night minimum stay

Low season

Jan 8 - April 15     &      May 1 - Jun 26     &     Sep 11 - Dec 19

• $950 Weekly rate
• $160/night with a 3 night minimum stay.

Monthly rates: During the months September - June, maximum 6 occupants:

• One month - $2500
• Two months - $4000
• Three months - $5000
• Four to 10 months - $1500/month

Payment Terms/Methods:

50% of the quoted rent (dependent on length of stay and season, discounts, etc) is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of $300 is required at time of booking. Payment can be made by credit card, email money transfer, direct deposit or personal cheque(when booking is 30days or more in advance of arrival).

Cancellation Policy:

With cancelations less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented. If re-rented, a $100 cancellation fee will be implemented.
