Eagles Reach is a beautiful 3 bedroom vacation cottage rental perched right at the entrance to Pender Harbour's Oyster Bay - great sunsets, boat watching and wildlife all around. Eagles nest in nearby trees and hunt along the long neck of the reach, while at higher tides beautiful boats enter and exit out of the harbour, their sounds muffled by the tidal music.
There is a fully stocked kitchen - just bring your food - with everything you need to cook for yourselves, your family, or your gang of friends. An outdoor barbecue faces west for perfect Harbour sunsets that will take your breath away.
Three bedrooms and a spacious downstairs den mean there is plenty of room to spread out: the sunken living room, the big deck & yard, the master bedroom with its own small deck, and two rooms set back towards the hill behind the house. The downstairs den is perfect for kids and teens who want a gaming or TV space of their own.
New for this fall - get out on the water! We're adding kayak rentals and are offering fishing and sightseeing charters aboard our 40' SeaRay, and our 40' Carver sleeps up to six as well.
Eagles Reach Vacation Rental is located on Summit Road in Pender Harbour. It is close to Mount Daniel and Pender Hill for hiking, and there are a number of pubs, take out spots and a trio of waterfront fine dining experiences within 15 minutes of driving. The area is also known for its many lakes, which are well-suited to swimming, playing, and fishing.

Rates:
High Season - June 1 through September 30th
$1500/week for up to 4 people. $250/night, 3-5 nights. $300/night 1-2 night bookings.
Extra person $25/night each, children under 3 is free.
Shoulder Season - March, April, May, October and Christmas/New Year's
$1000week for up to 4 people. 3-5 nights $195/night. 1-2 night bookings $225/night.
Extra person $20/night each, children under 3 is free.
Low Season - November, December, January, February (excluding Christmas/New Years)
$700/week for up to 4 people. 3-5 nights $125/night, 1-2 nights $150/night. Extra person $20/night each, children under 3 is free.
Payment Terms/Methods:
We accept cash, cheques, travelers cheques at this time only. 50% of the fee is due at time of booking to secure your dates.
Cancellation Policy:
One month's notice: full refund minus $50 administration fee. Less than one month's notice, we can only provide refund if we are able to rebook the space, and the administration fee applies.
