This summer, take your vacation at  OCEAN'S EDGE ESCAPE. Just a 40 minute ferry ride from Horseshoe Bay to Langdale and a 30 minute drive north towards Sechelt, lies a shortcut to paradise and  a friendly coastal lifestyle.  Cruise ships, Nanaimo city lights, starlit skies and marine life can all be enjoyed from the house and extensive decks.  Golf, biking, fishing, hiking, scuba diving, kayaking, etc. are all close by.  Relax in a 6 person hot tub or play a game of pool or poker in the rec room, or just go for a walk on the beach.  Panoramic views from kitchen, dining and living room areas . Sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms, fully equipped gourmet kitchen outdoor BBQ, 2 full bathrooms, 42" plasma T.V.,High Definition satellite, free North American long distance, fax, high speed internet, etc. keeps you in touch.  Just 1 km to Sechelt, the Sunshine Coast's cultural capital, with all it's amenities. A public boat launch is just  2 minutes away.

OCEAN'S EDGE ESCAPE includes the following:

- 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and quality linens

- 1 bedroom with double-sized sofa bed (with true bed mattress).

- Lower deck walk-out level family room with double-sized sofa bed

- Access to upper deck from large, casually elegant open living area with gas fire place and 
   floor to ceiling sliding glass doors providing sweeping views of the Strait of Georgia

- Fully equipped kitchen with deluxe maple cabinetry and granite counter tops

- Laundry room with full size washer and dryer and ironing facilities

- Extensive outdoor decking for tanning, great barbequing and dining

- New 6 person multi-jetted hot tub with LED light display and waterfall on huge deck offering 
   stunning views of Vancouver Island and Georgia Strait

- A brand new seaside rec room with fire station style overhead glass door, a 26" flat
   panel  TV, stereo system, pool table , poker table, with an
   expansive outdoor deck overlooking the ocean.

   

 

 

 

Rates:

$ 1,500.00 per week, Saturday to Saturday. Consideration given to week-end rental if available at $ 250.00 per night. Please inquire about off season rates to oceansescape@gmail.com  or call Mandy.

Payment Terms/Methods:

Weekly Rate: $ 1,500.00, Saturday to Saturday. Check in time 4 p.m, checkout 11 a.m. A 50% deposit is required at time of booking, the balance and a $500.00 damage deposit(pre-authorized, but not charged to your credit card) are due 15 days prior to arrival. All bookings within 15 days of arrival require full payment plus damage deposit at booking. Damage deposits are fully refundable upon inspection at or shortly after departure.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation 30 or more days prior to arrival - full refund. Cancellation 15 days - full refund less $250.00 administration fee. Cancellation 7 days - No refund unless reservation can be filled with another party, in which case the 15 day cancellation policy will apply. Cancellations to be made by Phone, Fax or E-mail.
