Chateau sur mer romantic beach house

Chateau sur mer is an elegant 3 bedroom beach home located on south west facing low bank waterfront with breathtaking panoramic viewes over the Stait of Georgia.  Swim in the clear water, bask in the sun, or spy bald eagles, blue herons, sea otters and killer whales.  The sounds of the waves lapping up on shore are constant as are the incredible year round sunsets.

Chateau sur mer is a newly constructed post and beam home nestled in amongst the huge cedar and douglas fir trees Roberts Creek is known for. The house comes fully furnished in hunting lodge style and includes a wrap-around deck, stone fireplace and an oceanfront outdoor hot tub.

The property is beautifully landscaped and private and is steps away from a large sandy bay at low tide. Beachcombing and watersport activities are plentiful for young and old alike.

B and B

The B and B is a studio over a garage at the back of the property.

Rates:

Beach house: $3000/wk

Studio B and B: $125/night

Payment Terms/Methods:

50% deposit at time of booking and remainder payable 1 week prior to arrival. Cheques, cash or money orders accepted. 1 week minimum stay.

Cancellation Policy:

Deposit non-refundable.
