February 10 except for holidays.Selma Park has a long history as the Coast's summering destination, going back to the original Union Steamships from the early part of the century, and Beachside By the Bay makes the most of this heritage with a group of gorgeous summer cottages/vacation rentals on some of the finest waterfront property on the Sunshine Coast.
Sharing a long, sloped property that ends at a rocky, private beach with a spacious deck and lounging area, Beachside offers four accommodations for your year-round beach getaway (come for the spectacular storms in the winter!).
The Upper Deck is the upper floor of a X square foot house, with floor to ceiling windows, a large deck, gorgeous hardwood floors and sweeping views of Georgia Strait. This vacation suite sleeps a maximum of six and rental rates are based on four persons sharing.
The Galley, below the Upper Deck, is a jewel offering a private hot tub, gas fireplace, herb and flower boxes, large windows, a compact kitchen and a summery bedroom with a queen size bed. A high-end fold-out sofa offers additional sleeping for two in the living area. Four person maximum.
The Galley & Upper Deck may also be rented as a single unit for families, groups, or even couples who want total privacy and access to the hot tub from the upstairs unit.
Both suites are beautifully furnished, with our Beachside "Heavenly Feather Bedding" and lovely accessories, along with everything you need in the kitchens.
The Coach House, at the top of the property, is a beautiful studio suite with unique Queen bed loft, a private patio and all of the amenities you expect in a vacation rental.
Rates:
The Upper Deck:
$1300/week; $215/night based on four persons sharing. Each additional person $20. July & August weekly rentals are preferred - all other times please inquire. Off season one night rentals are available with additional $50 cleaning fee. Maximum 6 persons.
The Galley
$1000/week; $195/night based on four persons sharing (maximum). July & August weekly rentals are preferred, all other times please inquire. Off season one night rentals are available with additional $50 cleaning fee.
Rent the whole house (Upper Deck and Galley) for $1975/week - perfect for friends and families. July and August, weekly rentals only.
The Coachhouse Loft
$165/night or $800/week.
July & August weekly rentals are preferred, all other times please inquire. Off season one night rentals are available with additional $50 cleaning fee.
Pets: $50 for 1 pet, $75 for 2 pets. Pets must be booked by prior arrangement - please inquire.
