The Beach House
In Roberts Creek

Enjoy the charming, cozy, quality space in one of Roberts Creek’s original 1927 homesteads.  This 1600 square ft. vertical log home has been recently restored and takes in the view of the Georgia Straight and Vancouver Island.  Relax to the sound of the waves or eagle calls on the large deck facing south; or soak up the sun on the beach with a book in hand and watch the cruise ships sailing by.  Swimming is excellent and there is a small row boat available for use.

Gardens hosting many perennial and native plants surround the home.  This home is just a five minute walk to the “Heart of the Creek” where you can find the general store, Gumboot café and restaurant, pier, kayak rentals and shopping.  A three minute drive takes you to an 18-hole golf course and Cliff Gilker Park.

This home has:

Rates:

$1,350 per week based on 6 persons.  $150/week will be charged for additional persons with a max of 8.  Weekly rates only.

Payment Terms/Methods:

We require 50% of total at time of booking and a signed rental agreement. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. $500 damage deposit is required with balance of payment via check, direct deposit, traveler's cheque, or cash.

Cancellation Policy:

If we receive written notice minimum 30 days prior to occupancy date, your deposit less $50 for administration fee will be returned to you. Less than 30 days notice, no refund.
