Moon Dance Cabin & Moon Dance Perch are secluded waterfront and waterview retreats on the beautiful tidal basin of Oyster Bay, in Pender Harbour on the Sunshine Coast.
Find intertidal critters at low tide or watch eagles and ravens fish at high tide.
Enjoy warm salt-water swims in Oyster Bay, or travel just minutes to one of the many local freshwater lakes.
The area offers kayak/canoe rentals, relaxing spas, artist studios, Madeira Park shopping, great hiking trails, golf, scuba diving, horseback riding, fishing and mountain biking.
The Perch is fully accessible with wheelchair ramp, roll in shower and many other features.
At the end of a busy day enjoy the views and setting sun, and with your favorite music and candlelight, soak in the tub for two, just steps from the bed! Serenity!

Payment Terms/Methods:
- Weekly rates based on 6 nights, 7 days.
- Minimum 2 nights stay.
- Visa & Mastercard accepted.
- All prices are based on double occupancy.
- Additional persons welcome; children $10 ea./ Adults $20 ea.
- Maximum number of guests is four.
- GST tax of 5%
- Check-in 3:00 p.m. / Check-out 11:00 a.m.
- One nights rental is due at time of reservation.
Cancellation Policy:
A Deposit of one night’s room rate or 50% of room nights reserved (whichever is greater) may be processed. Our Cancellation Policy is 14 Days Advance Notice. A $40 Administration Fee applies to all cancelled reservations. A full refund of the deposit, less the administration fee, will be returned with at least 14 days notice of cancellation. If you cancel, reduce or change your booking with less than 14 days notice, we reserve the right to fully charge for all nights for which we are unable to secure a replacement booking.
We recommend that you purchase traveler's insurance to protect your vacation.

The Perch is fully handicapped accessable with ramp, roll in shower and cantelevered counters. See our Accessibility Page http://www.moondancecabin.com/perch/html/access.html ~ The Cabin, on the other hand, is 80 paces from the parking area down a continuous 8:1 path. It is not wheel chair accessable. ~ The high tide line is 40 paces including 20 steps from The Cabin porch!
