Konrad Cottages is located on Welcome Beach, one of the Sunshine Coast's most beautiful, tranquil beaches. Walk on the sandy beach, explore the tidal pools at low tide, relax in our hammuck with a book, or watch a beautiful sunsetby your campfire . Each cottage is tastefully decorated, and have a fireplace, VCR/DVD/CD player, BBQ, a fully equiped kitchen, full bathroom, and laundry.

Water lovers will enjoy our swimming float, row boat, canoe, kayaks, paddle boards, skimmer boards and more. Or for you landlovers, enjoy a game of badminton, volleyball, or croquet in the shade of the trees. 
 
The Beach Cottage is a spacious two bedroom bungalow featuring a fantastic view of the water, wood fireplace, soaker tub, king suite with private patio, sleeping for four in the waterside bedroom (twin/double bunk and twin bed) and queen pull out bed in the living room for extra sleeping. Cottage sleeps up to 8, but has cosy feel for a romantic get-a-way. New Private Hottub.
 
The Waterfront Chalet is a two bedroom cathedral style cottage, featuring huge high windows, private sundeck, radient heat fireplace,  queen forest view master bedroom, maple view bunk room (twin/double), ocean view loft that sleeps up to 6 (twin/double bunk, twin bed and double futon), and hanging tree fort (just for kids). 
 
At Konrad Cottage we take the time to orientate you to the property, our special features such as our floatilla of boats and kayaks, tips on the best dining on the coast (including our gourmet chef for private dinners in the cottage), and the many other features of the Sunshine Coast. Our trademark is our warm and friendly hospitality.

Payment Terms/Methods:

Deposit of first night's rent required to hold booking. Balance of payment due three weeks prior to booking. Payment accepted: personal cheques, travellers' cheques, money order. Charge for NSF cheques is $30.

Cancellation Policy:

One day's charge for cancellation within 30 days. Full charge for cancellation within 7 days.
