Nightly Rentals:
$179/night based on 2 person occupancy
Minimum 2 night rentals. Rent for 3-6 nights and get 5% off.
Weekly rentals: $1153.00
One time cleaning fee of $60. Rates are based on 2 person occupancy. Additional $10 per person/night.
All rates are subject to 5% GST.
Low Season (Nov. 1 - Apr.)
Nightly Rentals:
CDN. $159/night
Minimum 2 night rentals. Rent for 3-6 nights or more and get 5%off
Dec 30- Jan 1: $199/night

50% deposit required at the time of booking (if more than 14 days prior to arrival).

Refundable $500 damage deposit & balance of payment prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
More than 14 days prior to date of booking - 100% refund less $100 administration fee.
Less than 14 days, no refund, unless we are able to rebook (less $100 administration fee).
