Overlooking the entrance to Pender Harbour on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia, this 2000 square foot, four-bedroom home boasts stunning views of Nelson Island, Malaspina Strait, and the Skardon Islands - a favourite gathering place for native birds including bald eagles, hawks and blue herons. Situated on one acre of sloping waterfront, this unique hideaway features its own private beach and 40 foot dock. Skardon House is perfect for one or two families.  You will feel miles away from the city, but will be only minutes from shops, restaurants and pubs!!

Rates:

• $1800/week (min. one week stay) for up to two families (i.e. max 4 adults + children). 

• $180 night or $1100/week for up to 2 families (i.e. max 4 adults + children)
  
• minimum booking of 3 nights

• $220/night or $1300/week for up to 2 families (i.e. max 4 adults + children)
  
• minimum booking of 4 nights

Payment Terms/Methods:

We accept Cheque or Cash. There is a minimum one week booking in the high season, minimum 3 nights in low season & minimum 4 nights during Christmas/New Year season. Booking Deposit: For stays of three or four nights, we require one night deposit, due on booking. For stays of five to seven nights, we require two nights deposit, payable on booking.

Cancellation Policy:

During high season or Christmas/New Year's season, you may cancel your reservation up to four weeks before your booking without charge, but if you cancel within four weeks of your booked date, we regret that your booking deposit will not be refunded unless we are able to re-book your original dates.

PLEASE NOTE THAT NEITHER PETS NOR SMOKING ARE PERMITTED IN SKARDON HOUSE. THIS PROPERTY IS NOT SUITABLE FOR TODDLERS AND YOUNG CHILDREN. CHILDREN OVER 6 YEARS OF AGE ARE WELCOME, BUT SHOULD STILL BE SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES WHEN PLAYING OUTSIDE AS THE YARD IS VERY STEEP AND ROCKY AND THERE IS NO FENCE BETWEEN THE YARD AND THE OCEAN. PRE-MOBILE INFANTS ARE ALSO WELCOME.
