Experience the serenity of our beautiful waterfront property overlooking the Agamemnon Channel, near Earl’s Cove.
Ravenscove Cottage is situated on 7.5 acres of towering firs and cedars and offers complete privacy for its guests. The 350 feet of oceanfront borders a picturesque sheltered bay and offers spectacular vistas, a private pebbled beach and dock for your enjoyment.
The fully furnished 3 bedroom cottage comes with a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and barbecue. Relax on the spacious 50’ cedar deck overlooking the calm beauty of the waterfront below or enjoy the use of our TV/VCR as well as the CD player, our large selection of movies, CD’s and family games for evening entertainment and relaxing. Play a game of cards, a board game, or just sit back and enjoy the evening sunset after a day spent enjoying the activities of Ravenscove Cottage.
The “Crabshack”, perfect for older children or teenagers, is a 6 bed bunkhouse located just outside the cottage that offers privacy and a funky feel that kids love!
Qualified guests may use our 16’ Harbercraft aluminum boat with 40 horsepower engine to explore the surrounding area, (boat operator’s card required) or enjoy the two 10’ kayaks, a canoe as well as gear for fishing and prawning.
If you’re looking for something out of the ordinary with seclusion, privacy and a complete cottage experience with family and friends, then Ravenscove Cottage is your perfect destination.
Rates:
HIGH SEASON:
JUNE 30 - END OF LABOUR DAY WEEKEND
Weekly rentals only.
(7 nights - Saturday to Saturday)
$2500 for up to six people
JUNE AND SEPTEMBER
DAILY (Minimum 4 nights stay)
$300 per day for up to six people.
$1800 per week.
LOW SEASON:
October 01 - May 31
DAILY (Minimum 2 nights stay)
$300 per day for up to six people.
$1200 per week.
*PLEASE NOTE: All of the above rates are based on a six person occupancy. A charge of $25.00 per day/$150.00 per week, is applicable for each additional person to a maximum total of 10 people.
All holiday weekends require minimum 3 day booking.
Payment Terms/Methods:
We welcome payment by Visa or Cheque. U.S. exchange at current bank rates.
Cancellation Policy:
We require a 50% nonrefundable deposit at time of booking. Balance of payment as well as a refundable damage deposit of $500.00. is due 10 days prior to arrival.
