One of the most affordable accommodations on the  Coast. This is a very private location, close to all amenities on the Sunshine Coast.  You will be our only special guests.   The suite is fully furnished, with a fully equipped kitchen for those who want to cook.  If there is anything lacking, just ask.   Separate  bedroom, futon in Living Room, full bath, large kitchen .  Looking out on our private garden. 

The beach across the road is a very quiet beach in residential area, with smooth rock outcroppings, lots of logs to rest your head on while you watch the activity on the water.  It is in a totally residential area, so nice and private. 

Rates:

$99. per night, or $600 per week.  CDN.  For longer stays, please inquire.  We offer reductions in the weekly rate. 

Payment Terms/Methods:

We accept cash, and travellers cheques, or certified cheques,or bank deposit/transfer. We expect 1/2 deposit at the time of booking, and the balance on arrival.

Cancellation Policy:

We require 14 days cancellation notice prior to your arrival date. Any cancellation notice shorter than 14 days , we reserve the right to retain the total deposit, for any period that we are unable to secure a replacement booking
