What's Included:  Private entrance to large living room with gas fireplace & tv/dvd, bedroom with Queen size bed, and full bathroom.  There is also a private deck off main door where you can enjoy the tranquility of our garden and front yard.  Enjoy a continental breakfast from our stocked fridge including a selection of juice, yogurt, fresh fruit, fresh baked goodies (muffins or scones), granola, tea and coffee. Free wifi and free calls to anywhere in North America.  10 minute walk to the beach.  20 minute walk to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery, shopping etc.

There are many activities to choose from while you are here: Farmers' markets, museums, art galleries, book stores, kayaking, walks on the beach and much more.

Can sleep up to 5 people with our additional queen size portable bed and single futon.

We speak English and French and are gay friendly.

We are only a 10 minute drive from the ferry terminal.  Arrangements can be made ahead of time if you would like to be picked up from the ferry terminal.

Rates:

Summer Rates May - September
$125.00 per night based on double occupancy; $15.00 per extra person.

Winter Rates October - April
$100.00 per night based on double occupancy; $10.00 per extra person.

Check in time is after 2:00pm and check out is 11:00 am.

Payment Terms/Methods:

A 50% deposit is due at time of reservation. We accept cash or cheques.

Cancellation Policy:

Deposits on bookings cancelled prior to 2 weeks of arrival are refunded (minus a $25 administration fee) and deposits are forfeited on any bookings cancelled within 2 weeks of arrival date.
