Rates:
November-April: $ 70 - $ 110 per night for people of two
Weekly rate during November to April: $ 65/night
Monthly rate during November to April: $ 50/night
May-October: $ 80 - $ 150 per night for people of two

? A valid Photo ID and Credit CARD are required prior check-in;
? Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
? All rates apply to TWO PEOPLE only and each additional person is $ 5 extra;
? $ 5 extra charge for a ATM/Credit Card refund;
? Guests who do not have a valid photo ID and credit card will be charged for $ 200 CASH as security deposit prior check-in;
? One small pet is allowed with two guests; however, $ 20 CASH deposit is required;
? $ 20 CASH damage deposit is required for rooms with kitchenette.
Cancellation Policy:
? 48 hours prior notice is required for early cancellation without penalties;
? If early check-out (after 12:00 a.m. before 6:00 p.m.)occours, half of the original room rate will be charged; if after 6:00p.m. check-out, a one night room rate will be charged.
