Brand new Ocean Front Condo, 2 bedroom and 2 bath at the beautiful Painted Boat Resort and Spa. Fully furnished with full kitchen and all amenities, sleeps six. Moorage available for an additional fee. Kayak rentals available on site. Boat rentals and fishing guides available near by

Enjoy the numerous activities this secluded safe harbor has to enjoy including Fishing, Crabbing, Shrimping, Kayaking, Boating, Mountain biking, hiking, and year round golfing.

In the summer months there are numerous warm fresh water lakes to swim, fish and canoe in.

Hike up some the nearby mountains for gorgeous views of Pander Harbor. Grocery and art shops are within walking distance.

Rates:

$175 per night Cdn (Oct 15- Apri 14) or $250 per night (April 15 - Oct 14). 3 night minimum stay

Payment Terms/Methods:

Visa or Mastercard on Paypal. $500 damage deposit (Refundable)

Cancellation Policy:

2 weeks notice with 1 nights penalty
