Summer Rates: May 14th - September 20th
$185.00 per night; minimum 2 nights
10% discount for longer than 4 days
Off-Season Rates; September 21th - May 13th
$140.00 per night; no minimum stay
$600.00 weekly rate
Monthly rates negotiable
Payment Terms/Methods:
To reserve dates, a 50% deposit upon booking (to a maximum of $250.00) is required. Visa or direct deposit only.
Cancellation Policy:
The deposit is fully refundable with cancellation 14 days in advance of reserved dates. With less than 14 days notice, the deposit with be conditionally refunded if the cancelled dates are rebooked.
