Yoga by the Sea is located in the center of  Roberts Creek., upstairs above the Inside Passage Woodworking School. We are open year round, and welcome new students as well as drop in students  to a variety of classes and styles of practice, including Hatha Flow,  Yoga Therapy, Kundalini and Iyengar.  We are a dedicated team of teachers offering  Yoga, Pilates,Meditation, and Movement classes, workshops, retreats, and special events.  Choose from  2-6 classes per day. Expanding for the Fall of 2009, we will also offer a second larger Studio space,  with Bodyworkers, and a Yoga Store. Hours to be determined.  If you are coming to the Coast for a weekend, and would like to book a private sesseion or group Class,  please contact us, we look forward to working wtih you.
